Kailash Carriers Limited has a full service maintenance facility located at Taloja, Maharashtra Chattanooga’s maintenance facility is a three bay shop with pull through bays, two full time mechanics and a fenced in lot.
Effluent treatment plant
Kailash Carriers Limited has its own effluent treatment plant and various other nodal posts where the tankers are thoroughly cleaned prior to filling.
We apply the highest safety and environmental standards and employ appropriate effluent management systems as well as air and fall protection systems for personnel working in and on containers.

Vehicles ply on pre-designated routes only.
Alternate routes with prior approvals are suggested in case of emergencies like road blockage, bad weather, etc.
Vehicles are equipped with GPS & mobile technologies.
Smartcards of two major fuel companies BPCL & IOCL are issued to all our vehicles so that vehicles can be tracked down at time of fuelling.
We have checkpoints at every 200 – 250 kms on all major routes.
Loaded vehicles idle between 2300 – 0600 hours & all overnight halts are strictly designated. |

All trucks are young, modern, and fabricated in line with the relevant provisions of The Explosives Rules 2002 and the Motor Vehicles Act, 1958
Each vehicle carries a valid registration certificate, certificate of road worthiness, explosives licence, calibration certificate, vehicle insurance, national permits, PUC certificate at all times.
All our employees are trained & are aware of their responsibilities & duties.
We regularly educate & train our drivers with recent developments in hazardous goods transportation with audio/visual support. |
